PRESQUE ISLE — Cornerstone Christian Academy recently held its second annual Science Fair.

Grade 6-8 students each displayed and presented their individual projects. This event was the culmination of a six-week long project for which time students collected research, formed timelines, wrote reports and made in-class presentations as their projects progressed.
The science fair was an open-house style event and was well-attended by parents and many others who viewed the projects and supported the efforts of all the students.
During the evening, students each made an oral presentation to three judges who then scored each project and presentation.
The winning students were announced and awarded a plaque by Miss Castonguay, the advising teacher for the project and event. Winners were sixth grader Grace McCrum of Washburn and eighth grader Michelle Clark of Caribou.
