Many area voting sites saw a light turnout of registered voters for the June 12 primaries and referendum vote.
In Caribou results were as follows.
• RSU 39 2012-13 school budget: yes, 378; 233, no.
• Athletic Boosters building (at no cost to the RSU) yes, 522; no, 101.
• State House party candidates: Carol McElwee (R) District 4, 337; John Martin (D) District 1, 165.
• State Senate party candidates: Peter Edgecomb (D) District 39, 342; Troy Jackson (D) District 35, 170.
Limestone voters approved the RSU 39 school budget by a vote of yes, 149; no, 46; and question two by a margin of yes, 151; no, 49.
Stockholm approved the RSU school budget with a vote of yes, 21; 6, no; and the Athletic Boosters building yes, 24; 3, no.
