Langley, Jeffrey G., 55, of Marlboro, MD and Caribou, on May 23, 2012. Friends and family may call on Friday July 6, 2012, from 6 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A service of remembrance will be held at 7 p.m. followed by a reception. Arrangements are in the care of the Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, Caribou.


AR Jeff Langley OBAmerican Flag ColorMARLBORO, MD & CARIBOU – Jeffrey G. Langley, 55, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2012, after a short illness. Jeff was born in Caribou, on May 16, 1957, the son of Merle and Esther (Morris) Langley. He was married to Chelle Ann Conner Langley.

Jeff graduated from Caribou High School in 1975, Northern Maine Community College (Associates Degree) in 1978 and Husson College (Associates Degree) in 1980. He worked in Washington D.C. for the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration for almost 20 years. He was also a veteran having been in the U.S. Army in Germany among other places.

Jeff was a very caring person, who was thoughtful of all those around him. He loved traveling and rode his motorcycle all over the country. He especially loved camping at Madawaska Lake. He was very involved with Alcoholics Anonymous for many years and had many friends there.

In addition to his wife, Ann, Jeff is survived by his brothers, Morris Langley of Los Angeles, Wayne C. Langley of Caribou, and Bruce and Rose (Nadeau) Langley of Caribou. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends and family may call on Friday, July 6, from 6-7 p.m. at Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover St., Caribou, where a service of remembrance will be held at 7 p.m., John Kiehn officiating. A reception will follow services at the funeral home.
