AUGUSTA — Brig. Gen. Brent M. Boyles, assistant adjutant general for the Maine Army National Guard, has announced the promotion to the rank specified below for the following soldiers:
Presque Isle — Jody Doherty, Sgt. 1st Class, 185th Engineer Support Company; and Russell Jarvis, Spc., 185th Engineer Support Company. Easton — Kyle White, Pvt. 2,185th Engineer Support Company.
