Longstaff Room

Directors of the Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum dedicated the dairy and automotive room in memory of Ralph and Justina Longstaff, longtime volunteers this past weekend. Several members of the Longstaff family attended the museum supper and toured the room to mark the occasion. They included, from left, nephew, Rodney; the Longstaffs’ son, Brian; nephew, Jim; brother, Everett Longstaff and his wife Mary; and the Longstaffs’ daughters Lorrie Allen, Janet Bogan and Lisa Hayden. Daughter Jill Longstaff was unable to attend. Several grandchildren also were in attendance. Longstaff was a potato farmer and also owned the Hogan-Smith Garage on Bangor Street.
