Shawn Bryan Birtz, 33, Mattawamkeag: domestic violence reckless conduct and aggravated criminal mischief, dismissed (each); and arson, 36 months in prison and $1,500 restitution.
Randall L. Burtt, 36, Littleton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Benjamin M. Carton, 28, New Limerick: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $250 fine; and threatening display of weapon, $750 fine.
Briady R. Dow, 22, Linneus: furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and seven days in jail; endangering the welfare of a child and permitting unlawful use, seven days in jail (each).
Heather Fogg, 28, Bangor: criminal trespass, unconditional discharge.
Phillip Geishecker, 84, Cary: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $500 costs.
Warren I. Hall, 67, Bradford: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
Ralph L. Hetherington, III, 38, Hodgdon: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and illegal possession of firearm, $1,500 fine.
Trevor JD Hickerson, 23, Trenton: transportation of fireworks, $200 fine.
Cristen Jackson, 43, Hartford, Conn.: illegal possession of firearm, $1,500 fine.
Clarence W. Keaton, II, 42, Houlton: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), dismissed (first, second), $400 fine and 30 days in jail (third); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Donald G. MacIntosh, 84, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release and burning prohibited material, dismissed (each).
John Richard McDowell, 46, MacClenny, Fla.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,500 fine; and trafficking in dangerous knives, dismissed.
Micah P. McGillicuddy, 24, Monticello: OUI, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 60 days in jail (each); criminal attempt, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one-year probation; and theft by unauthorized use of property, 364 days in jail and one-year administrative release sentence.
Joshua W. Nason, 19, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; theft by receiving stolen property, dismissed; hindering apprehension or prosecution (two counts), 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second).
Gary M. Norris, 24, Kingwood, Texas: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $15,000 fine, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
Allen Richardson, 37, Wytopitlock: criminal attempt, 120 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; burglary (three counts), 120 days in jail (first, third) and four years in prison, all but 120 days suspended, three years’ probation and $250 restitution (second).
Patrick Rocheleau, 44, Houlton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
Gary W. Roshto, Jr., 44, Crystal: theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in prison; unlawful sexual touching, 364 days in prison; criminal trespass and criminal mischief six months in prison (each); unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; aggravated criminal trespass, three years in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed, burglary, five years in prison and $129 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in prison.
Crystal D. Rushton, 37, Debert, N.S.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,500 fine.
Michael Shain, 25, Houlton: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
Robert M. Strout, Sr., 65, Orient: hindering apprehension or prosecution and arson, 10 years in prison, all but four years suspended and three years’ probation (each); aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and two years in prison; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Scott Cambell Thomson, 35, Dyer Brook: violating condition of release, $1,000 fine, $500 suspended and six months administrative release sentence; and stealing drugs, dismissed.
Tara Lynn Walton, 44, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, dismissed (each); burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), six months in jail, one-year probation and $125 restitution (first) and six months in jail, all suspended, one-year probation and $125 restitution (second).
