In June, Shawn and Heidi Manter decided to take over full ownership of Storage Solutions, buying Curt Paterson’s share in the business.
“Curt, who also owns Paterson Payroll, decided that he really wanted to focus on his payroll business. He offered to sell me his share of Storage Solutions, and the rest is history. Other than the ownership issue, everything else has remained the same. We are still committed to provide clean, safe, and secure self-storage for our customers at very reasonable and competitive rates” said Manter.
Storage Solutions is the answer to all your storage needs and is located at 52 Houlton Road in Presque Isle. Surveillance equipment and lighting provide added safety on site, and unlike many other area facilities, their office is located on the site.
“Whether someone needs help unloading a cherished item or if they just feel more secure having us here, we will do whatever we can for our customers,” said Manter. “Our facility stands out because of the extras that we provide — being on location, security cameras, paved driveway, and well lit units for nighttime access.”
The business employs two full-time and one part-time and takes pride in serving the customers.
