SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
* Gary J. Bouchard, 49, Van Buren: operating under the influence, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
* Brooks Brewer, 30, Mars Hill: reckless conduct and violating condition of release, seven days in jail (each); and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
* Eric S. Brown, 31, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, five months in jail, all but 60 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; disorderly conduct, fighting, 60 days in jail.
* Jessica L. Brown, 29, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation; and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail.
* Brian A. Carpenter, 46, Stowe, Vt.: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $800 fine; and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $1,000 fine.
* Jessica Chambers, 34, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
* Richard N. Croman, 55, Presque Isle: domestic violence terrorizing, priors, four years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended and two years’ probation.
* Thomas Dahlgren, 24, St. David: criminal trespass, 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), seven days in jail (first), dismissed (second); and burglary, dismissed.
* Michael T. Daigle, 45, Madawaska: assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail and $13,000 restitution; and criminal mischief, 90 days in jail and $184.23 restitution.
* Michael P. Dallarie, 51, Amqui, Quebec: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
* Candy A. Everett, 49, Presque Isle: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.
* Katie A. Farris, 31, Ashland: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, seven days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
* Robert J. Fieler, 32, Presque Isle: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail and $444 restitution.
* Troy Allen Foster, 39, Blaine: probation violation (four counts), 156 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued (second); and $400 fine and 60 days in prison (fourth).
* Arthur R. Gray, 22, Mars Hill: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
