    Colin Campbell, 37, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, dismissed.

    Matthew Carney, 28, Ashland: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.

    Karen A. Ciccolella, 23, Presque Isle: failing to pay fine or fee, $150 fine.

    Joshua J. Clark, 19, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, five days in jail.

    Stephen Colbath, 40, Wade: violating fishing rule, $100 fine.

    Jay D. Conley, 57, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

    Amanda L. Dillon, 31, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 48 hours in jail (first), $400 fine and five days in jail (second); unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.

    Andrew C. Dow, 26, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

    Zachary C. Dow, 19, Mapleton: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

    Sandra Fletcher, 34, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and five days in jail; OUI, prior, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first), $400 fine and 96 hours in jail (second); and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
