CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
William T. Barton, 52, Mars Hill: operating under the influence, death, $2,100 fine, eight years in prison, all but five years suspended, three years’ probation, 10 years’ license suspension, $20,000 restitution and 200 hours’ community service; and OUI, injury, $2,100 fine, five years in prison and six years’ license suspension.
Bobby L. Begin, 28, Limestone: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Joseph Patrick Bennett, 45, Presque Isle: probation violation, five months in jail and probation revoked.
Lance L. Cormier, 30, Van Buren: assault (two counts), $300 fine and 90 days in jail (each); and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.
Colter Cross, 25, Caribou: theft by authorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (each); and probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
Devin E. Delisle, 27, Caribou: negotiating a worthless instrument, three months in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation and $4,412.17 restitution; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Denise M. Dufresne, 39, Limestone: assault, $300 fine and 53 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Marshal R. Dyer, 29, Woodland: OUI, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Allan R. Emery, 39, Caswell: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but two months suspended, two years’ probation and $420 restitution; and stealing drugs, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
Peter Farnham, 53, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and violating protective order, $500 fine.
Samantha L. Fuller, 34, Caribou: burglary, dismissed.
Luc J. Gagnon, 24, New Sweden: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, priors, six months in prison.
Christine M. Hart, 28, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Craig T. Lizotte, 26, Madawaska: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $600 fine, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Willie E. McGirt, 52, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Justin T. Michaud, 26, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
Bryon A. Nadeau, 63, Eagle Lake: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, five years in prison (each); and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $15,000 fine, 15 years in prison, all but six years suspended, four years’ probation and $380 restitution.
Jeffrey Nadeau, 24, Fort Kent: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Jerry M. Ognen, 44, Caribou: attaching false motor vehicle plates, 30 days in jail.
David J. Ossie, 51, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail.
Michael D. Pinkham, 42, Van Buren: assault (two counts), $400 fine and 60 days in jail (first), dismissed (second).
Chad D. Plourde, 26, Eagle Lake: domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, permanent transfer (each).
Joey Thibodeau, 41, Caribou: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Clayton W. Turner, 40, Presque Isle: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Darrell Walker, 54, St. Francis: assault, dismissed.
