    Gary Howard and Barbara McInnis of Washburn are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Howard to Martin Moehlen, son of Dr. Karl-Heinz and Dr. Barbara Moehlen of Tenafly, New Jersey.
    Elizabeth is a 2001 graduate of Washburn High School, a 2005 graduate of Bates College and is pursuing her PhD in epidemiology at Tulane University, New Orleans, LA.
    Martin is a 1996 graduate of Tenafly High School, New Jersey, a 2000 graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and a 2006 graduate of Tulane University, New Orelans, LA, where Martin is a physician.
    A March 16, 2013, wedding is planned in New Orleans, LA.
