Downtown Caribou Ski Sprint
The fifth annual Downtown Caribou Ski Sprint at Teague Park ski trails will take place Friday, Jan. 25 at 4 p.m. Come cheer on the competitors or try the one-kilometer race course. Skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating will be going on into the night under the lights. Everyone is welcome.
MRPA Hotshot competition
The local MRPA Hotshot competition will be held on Friday, Jan. 25 at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. This competition is open to boys and girls ages 9-18. Age is determined as of March 31, 2013. Warm-ups get under way at 3 p.m., with the competition starting at 4 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
Father-Daughter Sweetheart Dance
The annual Father Daughter Sweetheart dance will be held on Friday, Feb. 8 from 7-9 p.m. at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. Admission is $5 per couple. Refreshments and music will be provided. Photos by Duane are available for a fee. Everyone is welcome to attend.
