   PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of November.
•   Troy R. Gadaire, 29, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; disorderly conduct, dismissed; OUI, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license suspension; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed; assault, $300 fine and five days in jail; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
•   Matt Gagnon, 28, Fort Fairfield: burning prohibited material, $150 fine; and operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.
•   Alicia Giggey, 18, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
•   Zachary T. Haines, 23, Woodland: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $400 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
•   Chad M. Hamilton, 24, Presque Isle: criminal trespass (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
•   Logan E. Harvath, 20, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
•   Dilan Hebert, 19, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
•   Chase G. Higgins, 27, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
•   Michelle L. Holton, 47, Mapleton: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
•   Reece Humphrey, 19, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
•   January E. Jones, 24, Houlton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
•   Thomas B. Kaiser, Jr., 22, Mapleton: harassment by telephone, $300 fine.
•   Jesse Keegan, 28, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
•   Scott A. Larson, 40, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
•   Richard B. Lewis II, 56, Yarmouth; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
•   Landon Lovely, 19, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
•   Teri MacFarline, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $600 fine and operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
•   Kurtis W. Madore, 24, Presque Isle: OUI, dismissed.
•   Kevin A. Makepeace, 32, Caribou: possession of hypodermic apparatuses, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and six months in jail; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
•   Joshua Martin, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, seven days in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
•   Tyler P. Maynard, 23, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
•   Nathan McIntosh, 44, Castle Hill: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
•   Michael J. Michaud, 27, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine.
•   Steven Moran, 22, Linneus: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension and 40 hours’ community service.
•   Sean P. Muriel, 22, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license (three counts), $200 fine (first), $250 fine (second), 48 hours in jail (third); violating condition of release (two counts), $250 fine and 40 hours’ community service (first), 48 hours in jail (second).
•   Rebecca Nersessian, 24, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
•   Jose Daniel Olivo, 25, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
•   Kristina Page, 23, Presque Isle: furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine.
•   Kurt G. Parks, 49, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
•   Scott M. Pelkey, 30, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
•   Charles F. Perry, III, 48, Ashland: allowing dog to be at-large, $100 fine.
•   Adam G. Sampson, 34, Livermore Falls: rule violation, $100 fine.
•   Pippin J. Smith, 36, Blaine: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended and one-year probation.
•   Keith Irving Tingley, Jr., 46, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 10 days in jail.
•   Michele Tingley, 30, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $359.76 restitution; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
•   Jeffrey Trombley, 50, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
•   Stephanie Vierkant, 32, Portage: operating vehicle without license, $300 fine.
•   Chelsey Webb, 25, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogencis, $400 fine and 90 days in jail.
•   Frank White, 48, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
•   Billy Don Whiteley, 41, Ashland: reckless conduct, 50 days in jail; violating condition of release, 20 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
•   Judy Lynn Whiteley, 28, Ashland: assault, $400 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
•   Mark Whitmore, 52, Caribou: violating condition of release and criminal trespass, seven days in jail (each).
•   Todd J. Whittaker, 36, Bangor: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
•   Edward Wood, 36, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence terrorizing and violating condition of release, six months in jail (each).
