LITTLETON – Penny Reeves Austin, 54, loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home following a long illness on March 3, 2013. She was born June 3, 1958 in Houlton, the daughter or Otto and Charlotte (White) Reeves of Ludlow.
Penny loved spending time with her grandkids and her dog, “Buddy”. She enjoyed fishing, camping, jeeping and picking berries. Every outing with Penny was an adventure. She loved playing bingo, knitting, making crafts, cooking, and playing cards with her friends, especially Terry & Cary and Koby & Greg.
She is survived by her mother, Charlotte; her twin sons, Peter and his wife, Tracey, of Monticello and Paul and his wife, Heather, of New Limerick; five grandchildren, Tylor, Nick, Drew, Kelsey and Cooper; two sisters, Pat Cone, and Peggy and Merle Botting of Houlton; three brothers, Randy and Jean of Ludlow, Terry and Cathy of Houlton, Rick and Susie of Rindge NH; her ex-husband and good friend, Terry Austin; many special nieces and nephews; special friends, Shelia Sparks, Barb Austin, Cary Currier and Fran Richardson. Penny was predeceased by her father and two brothers, Jerry and Kenny.
Graveside services will be held in the spring in the Ludlow Cemetery.
