• Chad E. Barnes, 31, Presque Isle: smoking in a motor vehicle with person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.
• Jason J. Barron, 42, Bangor: operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Ashley M. Beaupre, 20, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Marcus W. Belanger, 21, Portage: altering vehicle after inspection, $150 fine.
• Robert D. Belmain, 45, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Robert Bradstreet, 23, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Dylan P. Brooker, 20, Easton: negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine.
• Lacey D. Burtt, 24, Presque Isle: violating protective order and violating condition of release, $250 fine (each) and 48 hours in jail (second).
• Joshua Brian Caldwell, 24, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Kylie Chambers, 23, Presque Isle: smoking in a motor vehicle with person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.
• Edwin W. Charette, 47, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $300 fine.
• Eric K. Charette, 29, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Scott A. Churchill, 30, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Justin A. Clayton, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of inhalants, $100 fine.
• John A. Coppolino, Jr., 52, Mapleton: littering, $200 fine.
• Christopher R. Cyr, 34, Presque Isle: violating protective order from harassment, $250 fine.
• Christopher A. Davis, 32, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Derek B. Demerchant, 25, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $200 fine.
• John K. Deveau, 31, Mars Hill: harassment by telephone, $300 fine.
• Michael K. Dube, 29, Mars Hill: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
• Donald Duplessis, 49, Grand Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed.
• Peter J. Gardner, Jr., 24, Ashland: possessing suspended driver’s license, $100 fine.
• Brian Gilmer, 24, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia (two counts), $300 fine (each).

• Dillon Hadfield, 19, Mapleton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Allison Amy Hafford, 26, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Zack Haggerty, 19, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.
• Courtney L. Harris, 21, Newcastle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Robert Wayne Hartt, Jr., 24, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
• Robert D. Henderson, 45, Ashland: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Christopher Hitchcock, 25, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, 11 months in jail, all but 145 days suspended and one-year probation.
