CARIBOU — This year the annual fundraising event Dancing Like a Star will become Dancing Like a Star and More with the inclusion of additional talent other than dancing.
Historically the show has partnered Caribou High School students with school faculty or community members to perform a dance routine. This year the talent has been expanded to include singing and monologue performances.

Organizers stress that the event is meant to put the “fun” in “fundraising” with the money raised this year being divided among Caribou High School classes 2013-16, Eastern Aroostook RSU 39 for projects and equipment, and local charitable organization Feed The County.
Admission to get into Saturday’s program is $5. Besides admission, additional funds will be raised by the audience being given the opportunity to include money in an envelope when they vote for their favorite team to win. The team to raise the most money will be awarded much deserved bragging rights and their names added to the Dancing Like a Star trophy.
