DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of February.
• Justin A. Dubois, 28, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension; failing to stop for officer, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
• Larry A. Easler, 36, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle, 90 days in jail (each).
• Chad R. Graham, 34, Presque Isle: failing to pay parking ticket, $50 fine.
• Chad M. Hamilton, 24, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), 10 days in jail (first), dismissed (second); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail.
• William J. Hirst, III, 41, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and violating protective order, $250 fine and five days in jail (each).
• Jesse D. Keegan, 28, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Kyrah Zoe Kyle, 21, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Blue Labillois, 56, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Robert E. Lambert, 52, New Bedford, Mass.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Scott A. Larson, 40, Fort Fairfield: theft by deception, 10 days in jail and $1,000 restitution.
• Andrew J. Legassie, 20, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Randy L. Levesque, 44, Blaine: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Steven John Libby, 21, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Heather L. Lovely, 32, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed.
• Derek Majkszak, 41, Ashland: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• David K. McKenney, 45, Mars Hill: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Joshua Nichols, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked and criminal mischief, $250 fine (each).
• Lawrence A. Noyes, 45, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, 48 hours in jail.
• Myles P. Ouellette, 27, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and four days in jail.
• Amber N. Payne, 28, Presque Isle: permitting unlawful use, $300 fine.
• George E. Peaslee, 33, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and violating protective order, 25 days in jail.
• Branden L. Plaud, 19, Westfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Mark P. Plourde, 37, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Christopher Ramos, 21, Fort Fairfield: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• David Sloan, 31, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
• Thomas L. Sock, 24, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• David Socoby, 54, Houlton: failing to timely register bear, deer, moose, turkey; and possessing unregistered deer, $500 fine (each).
• Edward C. Spence, 27, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine.
• Stephanie Vierkant, 32, Portage: violating protective order, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Blair E. Webb, 49, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Edwin Danks Weiland, 35, Caribou: violating condition of release and criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail (each).
• Jessie White, 34, Perham: violating condition of release and violating protective order, dismissed (each).
• Brenda Wilkins, 26, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $1,000 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
