Caribou Little League registration and tryouts
The Caribou Little League will hold a parent meeting on Wednesday, April 3 at 6 p.m. at the Caribou Middle School cafeteria.
Parents of any new or returning player should attend in order to register their child for the 2013 season.
Tryouts are slated for Saturday, April 6 at 9 a.m. at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. All new players must try out to join the league.

Track official’s clinic to be held in Orono
The Maine Association of USA Track and Field will conduct a track and field official’s clinic on Sunday, April 7 in the Orono council chambers, located at the town office on 59 Main Street.
Registration is at 12:30 p.m. at the clinic runs from 1-4:30 p.m.
Don Berry, master official in the sport and certification chair for the Maine USATF, will conduct the clinic, which is designed to provide both beginning and advanced levels of instruction.
Track coaches and parents who want to learn more about the rules are encouraged to attend.
There is no cost for the clinic. Track rule books will be provided for purchase and testing material will also be available. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
