Pictured, from left, seated, are Cary Nutritional Services staff members Erica Nadeau, Patricia Johndro, Marthe Pelletier, Amy Ouellette, Ann Adler and Jill Guerrette; standing, Alain Bois, MVH nurse manager/director of nursing, Jonathan Westman, James Cavendar, Corey Conroy, Christina Dubois, Tina Jardine, Cynthia Morrow, Rachel Ouellette, nutritional services manager, Melissa Graham, MVH administrator, and Shawn Anderson, Cary chief operating officer.
The award is one of three distinctions possible through the National Quality Award program, presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. The program honors facilities across the nation that have demonstrated their commitment to quality improvement.
Because the Nutritional Services Department at Cary partners with MVH by providing meal planning and preparation for residents, MVH administration acknowledged the Cary staff for their contributions in receiving the quality award.
“We’re very proud of our accomplishments and being named a bronze award recipient,” noted Melissa Graham, MVH administrator. “And the nutritional services staff at Cary plays a big role in helping us to achieve our performance excellence goals in taking care of our residents.”
