• Sabrina Adams, 35, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
• Michael L. Allen, 37, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Michael J. Andresen, 46, Stafford Springs, Conn.: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
• Lynn C. Andrews, 40, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Juston M. Baron, 20, Madawaska: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Kenneth N. Batchelder, 48, Hartland: supervisor, parent, guardian/minor who violated fishing provision, $100 fine.
• Ashley M. Beaupre, 21, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Mitchell J. Bennett, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Bou’s Brew Pub LLC, Presque Isle: violating public fire safety rule (two counts), $250 fine (each).
• Wayne Boulier, 57, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Wayne E. Boulier, Jr., 32, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, 10 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 10 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Joseph R. Bourgoine, 52, Washburn: OUI, no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Robin L. Braman, 47, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $100 fine.
• Ansel W. Bryant, 18, Fayette: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• George A. Buie, 70, Presque Isle: theft of services, $100 fine and $58 restitution; and violating condition of release, $150 fine.
• Brandon W. Burnham, 20, Presque Isle: minor transporting liquor, 30-day license suspension.
• Stephen F. Burtt, 51, Mars Hill: burning prohibited material, $150 fine.
• Tylor Butler, 20, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
• Janet R. Carney, 56 Presque Isle: burning prohibited material, $150 fine; violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine (each).
• Angela Chasse, 38, Caribou: criminal mischief and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail (each) and $368.25 restitution (first).
• Cindy E. Clark, 49, Mapleton: violating protective order, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail and $250 restitution.

• Eric Macek, 26, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $500 fine, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
