HOULTON – Michael Palmer Vose, 55, died unexpectedly Sept. 19, 2013, at his residence. He was born April 27, 1958 at Houlton, the son of Keith P. and Frances (Ruth) Vose.
Michael is survived by two children, Anne Marie Vose of Houlton, and Michael Vose of Bangor; four grandchildren, Aliyah, Ethan, Tristan and Jayden, all of Bangor, and was soon to be a grandfather of twin girls, Brianna and Abigail; three brothers, Eddie and Liz Vose of Holden, Dana and Janet Vose, and Steven Vose, all of Houlton; three sisters, Connie Pike, Susan and Richard Riley, all of Houlton, Patty Smith of Vermont; special aunts, Phyllis McCurdy, Marilyn Grendall, Dot and Carlton Stackhouse, all of Houlton, June Stanley of Lubec, and Betty Conley of Connecticut; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Michael was blessed to have a dear and true friend, Mark Polchies of Houlton. The family sincerely thanks Mark for looking after Michael and always being there for him. He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, and brother-in-law, Gary Pike.
Friends called at Dunn Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 noon with Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating. Interment was with his parents in the Evergreen Cemetery.
