• Eric Allan Argraves, Sr., 40, Castle Hill: terrorizing and assault, not criminally responsible (each); and criminal trespass, $1,000 fine.

• Julie Brock Condon, 47, Easton: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 months in prison, all but 20 days suspended, two years’ probation and $1,000 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and stealing drugs, dismissed (each).
• Jessica L. Brown, 30, Caribou: burglary, 18 months in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
• Nicholas W. Bull, 22, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
• Lorenza J. Caron, 30, Fort Kent: operating under the influence, dismissed.
• Michael A. Charm, 32, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
• Michelle R. Clark, 49, Garfield Plt.: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and domestic violence terrorizing, 20 days in jail (each).
• Christopher Dale Condon, 36, Portage: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Timothy M. Coty, 24, Chapman: driving to endanger, filed on $200 costs.
• Benjamin Cyr, 28, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force (two counts), dismissed (first), 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension (second); OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and assault, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 14 days suspended and one-year probation.

• Harold F. Gleason, 65, Van Buren: unlawful sexual contact, seven years in prison; and gross sexual assault, 20 years in prison, all but seven years suspended and 20 years’ probation.
• Paul Hafford, 27, Mapleton: robbery, 15 years in prison, all but five years suspended, four years’ probation and $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, five years in prison (each).
• Shayne M. Hathaway, 25, Washburn: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Brian R. Holmes, 33, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine, eight years in prison, all but 66 months suspended, three years’ probation and $4,262.03 restitution (first), dismissed (second).
• Gary S. Kimball, Jr., 44, Limestone: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (first), $1,000 fine and six months in jail (second); and OUI, prior (two counts), $500 fine (each).

• Leanne R. LaCombe, 29, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.
• Troy A. Ladner, 43, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
• Ginette M. Lajeunesse, no age given, Saguenay, Quebec: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $1,000 costs.
• Kimberly Y. Landry, 37, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, three months in jail.
• Paul L. Langenbach, 33, St. Francis: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
• Benjamin Loggans, 29, Limestone: theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, $250 fine and $7,624.45 restitution.

• Christopher J. Lozada, 23, Westfield: unlawful sexual touching, dismissed; and assault, $500 fine.
• Glen F. Marquis, 42, Fort Kent: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Haley McHatten, 21, Presque Isle: furnishing liquor to a minor, dismissed; and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.
• Ryan J. Michaud, 27, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug (two counts). $8,505 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation (first), dismissed (second); and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Katelynn M. Montgomery, 24, Caribou: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and five months in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, $400 suspended, three years in prison, all but five months suspended and three years’ probation.
• Kyle J. Morrill, 32, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail; burglary, dismissed; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit and reckless conduct, dismissed (each); eluding an officer, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
