Maine Community Health Options (MCHO), Maine’s new, nonprofit and member-directed health insurance option, will present a series of informational forums to small business owners in Aroostook County.
Scott Taggersell, the director of business development at MCHO will direct the forum via satellite from Lewiston. The topics of discussion will include the Affordable Care Act, the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP), and Maine Community Health Options health insurance plans and offerings.
The event will be projected at locations in Houlton, Caribou, and Madawaska and will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. A light dinner will be provided at all locations.
