It’s Houlton High School’s busiest time of the year, and that means it’s musical season! This year, Houlton High is performing “Fame: The Musical!”
Fame is about six high school students who are simply trying to get through school. Each comes with their own problems whether it be love, weight, addiction, dyslexia or more. The six characters are brought together in a few unsuspecting ways and are tied to each other through their experiences at the New York High School of Performing Arts. The audience will see their ups and downs, through their freshman and senior years of high school.
The cast and crew consists of the following students: Jackie Condon, Caleigh Sullivan, Kierra Carmichael, Dakota Gramour, Haven Rhoda, Madelene Anderson, Olivia White, Natalie Rush, Connor Bulley, Isaac Morse, Elyjah Crockett, Keegan Fitzpatrick, Phoenix Crockett, Noah Holmes, Dylan Johnston, Hunter Graham, John Thatcher, Lexi Bartlett, Victoria Codrey, Victoria Holmes and Tessa McCormick.
Also, Jill Moran, Danielle Provost, Taylor Reed, Jackie Ouellette, Laura Beals, Caila Keber, Morgan Nelson, Nia Hamilton, Adam Casillas, Lily Hanning, June Choi, Lauren Hogan, Makala Miller, Jill Howland, Erin Keehn, Caeley Brown, Amelia St. John, Kaitlin Hannigan, Dustin Hines, Nick Guy, Christian Crane, Jacob Jones, Autumn London, Owen Gallop, Rebekah Emery, Cameron Stevens and Zach Reese.
The first show will be on Friday, Nov. 22 at 7 p.m., with the second production, Saturday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. and the final matinee on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 2 p.m.
