To honor the weekends and holiday rule, 2013 taxes paid by Tuesday, Dec. 3, will not be assessed interest. Interest at 7 percent per annum will begin on Dec. 4. Mailed in payments should be postmarked by Nov. 30.
The Ludlow Planning Board is looking for new members. Current members are Terry Beals, Dana Miller, Chanan Bond and Jackie Castaldo. Two alternates are needed and one full board member is needed. Janet Campbell is the first member of the newly created ethics committee. Two additional members are needed for this committee. Paperwork is available at the town office for becoming a committee member.
