The Caribou Public Library and Pines Health Services are partnering to provide a public forum on the Affordable Health Care Act on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m. at the library.
Outreach and enrollment specialist Yvette Seaman of Pines Health Services will provide a question-and-answer period for those interested in knowing how to create an account, pick a plan and enroll in the program.
