• Matthew S. Bagley, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $13.99 restitution.
• Matthew J. Bodeau, 22, Brownfield: harvesting smelt for commercial purposes in Mud Brook, $200 fine.
• Bruce E. Boulier, 52, Blaine: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $100 fine.
• Andrew P. Bugbee, 32, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Justin M. Chaput, 21, Presque Isle: minor having liquor on person, $200 fine.
• Mitchell M. Clark, 45, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Todd M. Condon, 49, Ashland: unlawful hunting/use of migratory game birds, $100 fine.
• Christopher Eugene Crowe, 33, Oakfield: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
• Kenneth J. Currier, 58, Allagash: hunting without valid license, $100 fine.
• Allen V. Curtis, 19, Castle Hill: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Heath G. Demerchant, 34, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $500 fine; and criminal trespass, $250 fine.
• Misti Dinsmore, 20, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine; and criminal trespass, $150 fine.
• Richard Dossenback, 55, Saint Anthony, Idaho: operating motor vehicle under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension.
• James R. Dumond, 33, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Robert C. Duperry, 43, Glenburn: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Aaron Allen Ebersole, 29, Presque Isle: violating protective order, 48 hours in jail.
• Wayne Estabrook, 18, Caribou: criminal mischief (two counts), five days in jail (each), and $150 restitution (second).
• Page A. N. Fletcher, 18, Mars Hill: minor having liquor on person, $200 fine.
• Matthew P. Gagne, 19, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• David Geer, 49, Mars Hill: violating protective order from harassment (two counts), $250 fine and 72 hours in jail (first) and 15 days in jail (second).
• Edward E. Hansell, 43, Mapleton: criminal mischief, $200 fine and $150 restitution.
• Joseph J. Hirsch, 58, Lyman: supervisor, parent, guardian of minor who violated fishing provision, $100 fine.
• Lee W. Hutchinson, 65, Portage Lake: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
• Beverly G. Jewett, 52, Mars Hill: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Adam Lafland, 32, Mapleton: criminal mischief, $500 fine and $400 restitution; and violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (each).
• Carroll A. Langille, Jr., 41, Mapleton: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.

• James B. Lowell, 46, Clinton: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Teri MacFarline, 30, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Heather I. Maillett, 39, Mars Hill: driving to endanger, dismissed.
• Thomas A. Malpezzi, 49, Pilesgrove, N.J.: operating/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat, $150 fine.
• Charles E. Marcheterre, 56, Presque Isle: burning without permit, $150 fine.
• Andrew Marquis, 35, Fort Kent: probation violation, nine months five days in jail and probation revoked.
• Daren McKee, 46, Vassalboro: OUI, no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Nathan L. McLaughlin, 20, Fort Fairfield: minor having liquor on person, $200 fine.
• Michael R. McPherson, 20, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Derek E. Mendoza, 18, Easton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• David W. Milliard, 18, Blaine: minor having liquor on person, $200 fine.
• Adam C. Mitchell, 31, Portland: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Kevin P. Mitchell, 55, Easton: burning prohibited material, $150 fine.
