Region Two’s “Student of the Quarter” selection was Caleb Smarr of Houlton. Law Enforcement Program instructor David Socoby nominated Smarr. He
has shown leadership qualities and his dedication to the program. He is respected by his peers and plays a large role in the leadership of the class. He was chosen for these attributes, as well as his academic and professionalism grade. Smarr plans to join the military upon graduation.
