Charles and Chandler are mature twin siblings who are very loving and responsive to kindness. They have been residing in a Halfway Home Pet Rescue Foster Home, and have all their medical procedures up to date. “They are matching bookends waiting for just the right place to be home,” said HHPR President Norma Milton. “They are truly beautiful and get along with other cats,” she added, emphasizing that the two cats cannot be separated.
