On Jan. 22, the weight class called the Happy Losers held the meeting at the Congregational Church vestry in Island Falls. Jackie Pratt, the leader, opened the meeting with the pledge and roll call. Eleven members weighed-in and nine attended the class.
Loretta Bouchard was the loser of the week, and Brenda Raymond was runner-up. Great job ladies! The secretary and treasurer gave reports for the week. The leader led the program for the week. There was a six-question quiz, with interesting answers.
Please feel welcome to the group. Weigh-ins are Wednesday from 8 to 8:45 a.m. and the meeting starts at 9 a.m. The members adjourned the meeting with a few jokes.
