On Feb. 5, the class called the Happy Losers held the weekly meeting at the Congregational Church vestry in Island Falls. Loretta Bouchard the co-leader opened the meeting with the usual pledge and roll call.
Nine members weighed-in and five attended. Weight loss was great! Loretta Bouchard was the person who lost the most weight for the week, and Ann Morse was runner-up. ‘Great job ladies,’ so said Phil.
Bouchard led the program for the week. She gave a quiz of seven questions with interesting answers. Some of the members got the right answers and some didn’t, like me. Meeting adjourned on time and went to breakfast at the River Cafe.
