HOTSHOT WINNERS — More than 100 boys and girls ages 9-18 converged on the Caribou Wellness Center last Wednesday to compete in the 2014 Northern Regional Finals of the Maine Recreation and Park Association/Maine Red Claws Hot Shot Basketball Competition.
Winners and runners-up in each age division will move on to the State finals in Portland on Sunday at the Portland Expo. Those advancing are, in front from left, Eva Calloris, Washburn, girls 9-10 runner-up; Riley Bouchard, Caribou, 9-10 boys runner-up; Sawyer Deprey, Caribou, boys 9-10 winner; and Ashlyn Bouchard, Caribou, 9-10 girls winner.
