CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December, 2013.
• Graydon E. Adams Jr., 52, T17 R5: violating condition of release, $300 fine.
• Knoll Dylan Anderson, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
• Kyle S. Anderson, 27, New Sweden: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, 30 days in jail; and operating under the influence, prior, $1,400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 50 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension.
• Susan Anthony, 46, Bridgewater: criminal trespass, dismissed.
• Gerald W. Blair, 41, Fort Kent: assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; domestic violence assault, dismissed; obstructing report of crime (two counts), dismissed (first), 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (second).
• Colby C. Blixt, 20, Machias: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized use of property, 60 days in jail.
• Mikel D. Cameron, 33, Windham: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Brian D. Cloukey, 49, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; violating condition of release, six months in jail; and aggravated assault, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Matthew R. Cocheran, 22, Caribou: criminal trespass, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine (first), 48 hours in jail (first, second); and criminal conspiracy, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Nathan Corbin, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Steven J. Corbin, 31, Caribou: probation violation, 100 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Timothy M. Cormier, 46, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Zachery B. Corriveau, 20, Caribou: burglary, dismissed.
• Mark L. Crouch, 56, Caribou: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Beverly Deschaines, 53, Van Buren: failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed; and OUI, $500 fine, three days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Joseph A. Donnelly, 42, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Autumn R. Fox, 31, Alfred: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
• Sheri R. Guerrette, 44, Caribou: criminal trespass, filed on $400 costs.
• Brant M. Hubbard, 27, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Preston J. Jackson, 20, Caribou: kindling fire without permission, dismissed.
• George Jaime, 76, Presque Isle: murder, 40 years in prison.
• Harrison R. Kilpatrick, 26, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 30 days in jail.
• Leanne R. Lacombe, 29, Mapleton: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), two years in prison, all but six months suspended, one-year probation, $1,182 restitution (first), three months in jail (second); and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail.
• Troy A. Ladner, 43, Fort Fairfield: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Chris W. Langille, Jr., 31, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Vanessa C. Layton, 28, Mapleton: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
