CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of December, 2013.
Matthew S. Adams, 36, China Village: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Christopher Bechard, 25, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail.
Shawn G. Bernard, 31, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and five days in jail; criminal trespass, 60 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
James A. Bouchard, 60, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Barry Carmichael, 64, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
McKenzie Clevette, 18, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
Tristan Coon, 28, Limestone: domestic violence assault and criminal restraint, dismissed (each); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 60 hours’ community service.
Joshua Cornell, 23, Caribou: violating protective order, filed without costs.
John Cross, Jr., 35, Limestone: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Joshua M. Disy, 31, Caribou: violating condition of release and falsifying physical evidence, 20 days in jail (each).
Robert A. Doody, 48, Caribou: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
Robert N. Guthrie, 26, Caribou: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
Joshua Howe, 35, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Joshua Johnston, 33, Presque Isle: violating protective order (two counts), 90 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (first), $500 fine, 90 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year probation (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle, filed on $125 costs (each); and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Harrison R. Kilpatrick, 26, Limestone: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Tanya LaPierre, 49, St. David: violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
Ronald J. Legassie, Jr., 44, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Jason R. Levesque, 21, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
Christina Lovely, 29, Woodland: unlawfully permitting operation of ATV, $200 fine.
Brian J. Maynard, 21, Castle Hill: domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all but 72 hours suspended and two years’ probation.
Keith K. McGraw, 37, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (each); and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth, $250 fine.
Troy E. McLean, 39, Limestone: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail.
Jessica McNeal, 18, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, filed without costs (each).
Eric Mowatt, 26, Caribou: violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, and falsifying physical evidence, 10 days in jail (each).
Jeffrey W. Nickerson, 52, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Frank Patane, III, 28, Caribou: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $300 fine.
Cameron J. Pierce, 20, Woodland: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $150 fine.
William O. Pulliam, Jr., 51, Caribou: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Brian Robinson, 31, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $250 fine.
Arthur Rossignol, 22, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
Bruce Saunders, 54, Caribou: violating protective order, $100 fine and 72 hours in jail.
Wallace Staples, 69, Woolwich: exceeding bag limit on moose (two counts), $1,000 fine (each), three days in jail (first) and 10 days in jail (second); and wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $100 fine.
Andrew P. Susee, 28, Washburn: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, $200 fine.
Benjamin Andrew Umphrey, 30, Washburn: criminal mischief, $300 fine.
Pierre P. Verret, 37, Grand Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Joshua M. Virtanen, 26, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
