CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court:
December 2013
• Kevin A. Makepeace, 33, Caribou: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, misuse of public benefits instrument and attaching false plates, six months in jail (each), and $1,000 fine (first).
• Brian J. Maynard, 21, Castle Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Justin Maynard, 24, Indian Orchard, Mass.: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized use of property, 60 days in jail.
• Maria McIntyre, 31, Caribou: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; burglary, five months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), 30 months in prison, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation and $675 restitution (second); theft by unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail; OUI, prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
• John A. Moir, 66, Mars Hill: terrorizing, dismissed.
• Kerrie Moores, 37, Presque Isle: violating protective order, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
• Nathan R. Morrow, 20, Caribou: eluding an officer, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, two years’ probation and 60-day license suspension; driving to endanger, $800 fine, seven days in jail and 60-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, seven days in jail and 60-day license suspension.
• Alicia Ann Nickerson, 32, Easton: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, dismissed.
• Jill M. Pelletier, 32, Madawaska: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor (two counts), $500 fine, all suspended and 14 days in jail (first), and $1,000 fine and 14 days in jail (second).
• Nathan Richards, 31, Castle Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, all suspended and 21 days in jail (first), and $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 21 days suspended and two years’ probation (second).
• Vinal O. Robinson, 77, Portage: OUI, dismissed.
• Christopher D. Saunders, 25, Caribou: probation violation, 19 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Bradley Theriault, 30, Fort Kent: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Arthur Ivan Tozier, 35, Baileyville: unlawful sexual contact, five years in prison, all but two years, six months suspended, three years’ probation and $1,000 restitution.
• Dylan Willey, 21, Waldoboro: terrorizing, no further sanctions imposed.
• Dale A. Witman, 58, North Waterboro: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Jerry D. York, 29, Mars Hill: probation violation, 12 months in prison and probation revoked; and illegal possession or sale of gravestones, 12 months in prison.
January 2014
• Gene A. Anderson, 48, Limestone: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
• Debora L. Brewer, 56, Mars Hill: driving to endanger, dismissed.
• Michael W. Daigle, 49, Fort Kent: attaching false plates (two counts), dismissed (each); operating under the influence, prior (two counts), $700 fine (each), 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended (first), seven days in jail (second), one-year probation (first), three years’ license and registration suspension (each); and violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Joseph C. Dean, 36, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating ATV under influence over 21, $500 fine; and OUI prior, dismissed.
• Daryl E. Doody, 35, Perham: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Levon D. Francis, Sr., 38, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine and 143 days in jail.
• Jamie Lee Gendreau, 19, Grand Isle: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 10 days in jail; assault (two counts), $300 fine (each), 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation (first).
• Elaine M. Godin, 47, Washburn: aggravated criminal mischief, eluding an officer, theft by receiving stolen property, 18 months in prison (each); operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and six months in prison; failing to make oral or written accident report, six months in prison; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and three years’ probation.
