Wilcox joins Caribou insurance company
CARIBOU — Brian Sipe, owner of Gallagher Insurance, recently announced the addition of Lisa Wilcox to the agency’s property and casualty team.
A licensed state of Maine property and casualty producer with an associate’s degree in business administration, Wilcox brings over 10 years of experience in the customer service and insurance fields to the Gallagher Agency.
Wilcox’s past insurance experience includes both commercial and personal lines of business. Her primary role at the Gallagher Agency is as a personal lines representative, aiding customers with their home, auto and personal excess liability policies.
“We feel very fortunate to have found someone who is not only an experienced insurance agent, but who is local and already knows many of our clients,” noted Sipe. “With her insurance experience and great customer relation skills, Lisa was a natural fit for our agency.”
A Caribou native, Wilcox serves as the board president for the Literacy Volunteers of Aroostook and was recently appointed to the Caribou Public Library board of trustees. She is also a Caribou Rotarian and member of the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church. Wilcox rejoins the insurance industry after time spent as a reporter for the Aroostook Republican.
“I’m happy to be back in the insurance world,” Wilcox commented. “The Gallagher Agency is a well-respected Caribou business that has been in operation for over 25 years. Brian and his staff have a solid reputation for their knowledge of the industry and impeccable customer care, and I am extremely proud to have been chosen to be part of the Gallagher team.”
