The Mapleton Parent Organization will be hosting a Family Fitness Night Friday, March 28 from 6-7:30 p.m. with karate by Andy LeBlanc, Zumba with Renee Ennis, and Togo with Julie French.
This is a free event with participants getting a free bottle of water and a chance to win passes to the Maine Jump at the Aroostook Centre Mall or a water bottle.

Singspiration
The West Chapman Advent Christian Church will be hosting a singspiration Sunday, March 30 during the morning worship service at 10:45 a.m. All are invited to attend!
Dusty’s Jamboree
Dusty’s Old Time Jamboree will be performing at the Lions’ Hall this Sunday, March 30 from 4:30-6 p.m. Celebrate spring with some great local talent!
Chicken pie supper
The Mapleton United Methodist Women will be hosting a chicken pie supper Saturday, April 5 at the church from 5-6:30 p.m. The meal will include assorted homemade pies for dessert. All proceeds will benefit scholarships for local graduating seniors. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Musical entertainment with Wendell Hudson will follow the meal at 6:30 p.m.
Bands needed
The Mapleton Daze Committee is looking for local bands that would like to participate in the annual parade for a “Battle of the Bands” contest.
