One day at my house, my brother and I were watching television. Mom said she was getting in the shower. So she did.
So my brother and I decided we were going to play a prank on mom. We gave her a few minutes to get in the shower. We knew when she was in there and wasn’t going to come out. Cam and I got tomatoes out of the cabinet. We put one by the bathroom door. Then Cam and I went to our rooms and kept giggling.
When we heard the water turn off, we went out to the kitchen. We sat on the stools and waited and waited for her to come out. She was about fifteen minutes doing her hair, her makeup, getting dressed, and drying off. She finally came out.
She does not like being dirty when she gets out of the shower, so she squished the poor tomato, and it was so funny to Cam and I, but mom didn’t think it was funny. Then when she went in her room, Cam and I thought it would be funny to do another prank on her.
We put some potato chips by the door so when she came out of her bedroom she would step on them. Cam and I waited for about five minutes. When she came out, she stepped on the potato chips, and she was not really happy. She was really, really mad! So she didn’t go anywhere where she thought Cam and I would do another prank on her.
Lastly, Cam and I got in trouble. Mommy sent Cam and I to our rooms. So when she went to go do the laundry, Cam and I snuck out to the living room, which is five feet away from our rooms. She didn’t catch us. But Cam had to do something to let her know that we were out there. He turned the radio on and sang as loud as he could. We sat on the stools and laughed!
I went down to my room and listened to my Ipod. The best thing was that my brother thought of all that and mom knew that I would never think like that! Cam got in trouble the most, and I had to go to my room. I didn’t get in a lot of trouble – Cam did!
