STACYVILLE, Maine — For the second time in a month, a Stacyville man has been charged with allowing minors to consume alcohol at his residence.
Cameron McNally, 24, was charged with the offense Friday evening when Maine State Police officers responded to his home for a routine bail check and discovered three underage men had been consuming alcohol. McNally was on bail conditions from charges after an incident last month when he was charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol. That incident followed a motor vehicle accident McNally had been involved in that involved teens in Benedicta.
“During the bail check tonight, three juveniles were found at the residence had been drinking,” said Sgt. Brian Harris of the Maine State Police. “As a result, the three were summonsed for possession of alcohol and McNally was arrested for allowing minors to consume/possess alcohol and violation of bail conditions.”
The three men summonsed to appear in court possessing alcohol by consumption were Spencer Anderson, 19, and Nathen Cyr, 19, both of Patten; and Patrick Knowles, 19, of Sherman.
McNally was taken to the Aroostook County Jail and later released on bail, according to Harris.
