• Jordan M. Luther, 19, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $200 fine.
• Lisa McDonald, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Rishard C. McIlwain, 29, New Sweden: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $350 fine.
• Robert W. Moomey, 40, Limestone: violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Jeffrey F. Munson, 61, Presque Isle: violating land use and development code, dismissed.
• Tom R. Murray, 33, Presque Isle: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.
• Tyler Neece, 21, Presque Isle: kindling fire without permission, $150 fine.
• Callum F. Nelson, 32, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Anthony M. Pasquale, Jr., 43, Freeport: guide knowingly assisting client in civil violation (two counts), $500 fine (each).
• Stephanie L. Pelkey, 26, Presque Isle: assault, $400 fine.
• Vincent Pelletier, 35, Westfield: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Dustin R. Perley, 33, Presque Isle: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, $250 fine.
• Anthony Dennis Pignatiello, 26, Wade: violating condition of release and violating protective order, 24 hours in jail (each).
• Verge Prior, 69, Bremen: violating moose zone rule and wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $500 fine (each).
• Stephen W. Rediker, 34, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way and operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine (each).
• Kevin R. Richardson, 22, Mapleton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Patricia Santiago, 58, Presque Isle: theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, $150 fine and $100 restitution.
• Tyler J. Saucier, 27, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $550 fine.
• Trevor Shemkovitz, 19, Presque Isle: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Tyler John Shurley, 18, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Rebecca Smith, 38, Mars Hill: forgery, $200 fine and $82.29 restitution.
• Lynn Spence, 35, Houlton: keeping unlicensed dog, $75 fine.
