My nan, gramp, mom, dad, and I wanted to go to Rideout’s for supper. After we all got ready to go, we got into the truck. It took about a half an hour or so to get there. When we got there, my mom and I walked on the dock and sat down and tried to get the ducks to get up on the dock, but they didn’t want to so we just watched them. They were so funny.
One of the people asked me if I wanted to ring the bell when it was time, so when the time came I rang the bell. We all went inside for supper. Every night they serve different meals and that nights’ meal was pork or something with mashed potatoes, carrots, and I think peas. It was pretty good. For dessert I got a Reese’s bar, but it wasn’t like one you would get at a store. It was a chocolate bar with peanut butter stuffed in it. I think only my mom and I had the Reese’s bar at our table. We had a great time at Rideout’s.
