    GREAT FALLS, VA – Mary Elizabeth Coznick Shelton, 78, passed away on March 22, 2014. She was employed at Young and Thompson, an international patent and trademark law firm, for 49 years.
    She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Thomas Edwin; three daughters, Patricia, Diane and Susan; five grandchildren; three sisters, Caroline, Louise, and Elizabeth; and a brother, John.
    She was predeceased by her parents and two sisters, Annie and Nancy.
