Rep. Bernard Ayotte (R-Caswell) recently presented Lucy Beaulieu of Limestone with a Legislative Sentiment in honor of her 100th birthday.
Mrs. Beaulieu was born on March 9, 1914, in Drummond, N.B. She married Lazare Beaulieu on Oct. 25, 1937, at the St. Louis Catholic Church in Limestone, where they raised eight children on the family farm. Mrs. Beaulieu has a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A communicant of St. Louis Catholic Church, she is a member of the Ladies of St. Anne and the oldest serving member of the Daughters of Isabella.
