Caribou junior Dayne Savage received honorable mention for this year’s Bangor Daily News All-Maine basketball team, which was announced over the weekend.
Savage, a point guard, led the Vikes and was among the Big East Conference leaders in numerous statistical categories this past season. He was a key component as the Vikings advanced to the Eastern Maine Class B title game.
Houlton’s Kyle Bouchard was named to the first team and Hodgdon’s Chris Hudson to the third team.
