HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February.
Richard A. Anderson, 53, Oakfield: criminal conspiracy, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, two-year probation; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Christopher D. Boone, 32, Littleton: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license and registration suspension; and operating after license suspension, dismissed.
Dustin G. Cullins, 26, Monticello: gross sexual assault (two counts), dismissed (each); and unlawful sexual contact (three counts), dismissed (each).
Joseph A. Fallica II, 23, Lamoine: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; and theft by receiving stolen property, 180 days in jail, all but 45 days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence, $1,343 restitution.
Anthony M. Griffin, 20, Caribou: assault on an officer (two counts), one year in prison (each); and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
Ingrid E. Holmes, 27, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Jeremy J. Locke, 34, Scarborough: assault, $400 fine.
Paul Lovett, 33, Felton, Del.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 24 months in prison; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited.
Jack Q. Margison, 47, Hodgdon: probation violation, three years in prison, probation revoked.
James M. Merril, 34, Cary: aggravated criminal trespass and domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
Clinton J. Michaud, 24, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation, $1,343 restitution.
Kevin E. Page, 51, Hancock: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine.
Andre Rice, 46, Island Falls: illegal possession of firearm (two counts), dismissed (first), $1,000 fine (second).
Stephen C. Shepard, 58, Auburn: assault (three counts), dismissed (each); obstructing criminal prosecution, dismissed; unlawful sexual contact (two counts), eight years in prison, all but three years suspended, three-year probation (each); falsifying physical evidence, dismissed; criminal trespass, dismissed; and violating condition of release (three counts), dismissed (first, second), five years in prison, all suspended, two-year probation (third).
Timothy M. Shorey, 45, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail.
Timothy Small, 21, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, 128 days in jail, probation revoked.
Ronald S. Smiley, 58 Houlton: criminal threatening, 20 days in jail.
Robert St. Jean, 57, Caribou: assault on an officer, nine months, one day in prison.
Barry Stackhouse, 41, Monticello: domestic violence assault (dismissed); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Kyle Stewart, 26, Houlton: endangering the welfare of a child, six months in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, three-year probation.
Randolph G. Tapley II, 32, Houlton: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and criminal conspiracy, three years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two-year probation.
John S. Walker, 66, Dyer Brook: violating condition of release, dismissed; and unlawful sexual touching, $500 fine.
