• Dustin P. Bouchard, 28, Winterville: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $400 in costs.
• Emilien Bouchard, 58, St. Francis: attaching false plates, failing to register vehicle, dismissed (each); operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,100 fine, six months in jail; and loaded firearm or crossbow in vehicle, 60 days in jail.
• Derek J. Bourdeau, 43, Detroit: hunting or possessing moose without permit, $1,000 fine, all suspended, three days in jail; illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine, 30 days in jail; fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $200 fine; and rule violation, dismissed.
• Robert K. Bradstreet, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone, 18 months in prison, all but 180 days suspended, one-year probation; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Chad Brescia, 38, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, dismissed.
• Brooks Brewer, 32, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, suspended, one-year probation; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed; and violating condition of release (two counts), 29 days in jail (each).
• Christopher Brink, 31, Caribou: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six years in prison, all but one year suspended, three-year probation, $1,360 restitution; and illegal possession of a firearm, one year in prison.
• Michael A. Charm, 33, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine, one year in prison; aggravated assault, seven years in prison, all but 36 months suspended, two-year probation; criminal mischief, four months in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, six months in jail; terrorizing, one year in prison; illegal possession of a firearm (two counts), dismissed (first) and four years in prison, all suspended, two-year probation (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all suspended, two-year probation; theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed; violating condition of release, four years in prison, all suspended, two-year probation; and burglary, dismissed.
