HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Andrea M. Berry, 29, Old Town: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, six months in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, 30 days in jail (each); failing to give correct name, address or date of birth, 30 days in jail; and possession of hypodermic apparatuses, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.
Lewis A. Boyce, 57, Bridgewater: cultivating marijuana and illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine (each).
Colby C. Clark, 24, New Limerick: theft by receiving stolen property, 364 days in prison, all but 45 days suspended, one-year probation, $2,200 restitution.
Joshua Clark, 30, Linneus: probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Conrad Connors, 24, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first), $400 fine, 120 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence (second); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Daniel R. Cottle, 24, Oakfield: criminal mischief, 14 days in jail.
Jeffrey Ewing, 21, Hudson: driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30-day license suspension; and operating under the influence, dismissed.
Mark O. Fogg, 22, Millinocket: burglary (two counts), dismissed (each).
Jesse Lee Lewin, 22, Patten: probation violation, 270 days in jail, probation revoked.
Katie Mountain, 29, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but 10 months suspended, three-year probation; and assault, $300 fine, 60 days in prison.
Isaac Quint, 19, Hodgdon: OUI, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $800 fine, 30-day license suspension.
Jeremy A. Skura, 25, Hodgdon: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, seven-day license and registration suspension; and operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, 48 hours in jail.
Stephanie R. Stamper, 32, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one-year probation.
Benjamin Stewart, 25, Hodgdon: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (four counts), dismissed (one, two, three), $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation (fourth); unlawful possession of hydromorphone and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed (each).
Kimberly S. Tucker, 48, Ludlow: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
