Brandon Anthony, one of the drivers injured in a head-on crash on the Houlton Road in Presque Isle on April 24, who was first transported to TAMC for treatment, is now in a Portland hospital.

A family member has established a gofundme.com account called “Family & Friends for Brandon” to assist with Anthony’s medical and related expenses.
The goal has been set at $5,000, with the total as of Tuesday listed at $2,420 raised so far.
Rachel Breitzke Anthony of Rhode Island posted on the account how Anthony ended up in Portland.
“Last week, Brandon was in a severe car accident. He was airlifted to Bangor, where they found he had a broken neck, shoulder, nose and several other injuries … Then he suffered a stroke and a clot was found on his brain. He was airlifted again, this time to Portland, where he had surgery to remove the clot,” she wrote.
Family members and friends have reportedly made the trek to be with Anthony.
Funds raised will assist the family with related expenses. For more information or to donate, visit www.gofundme.com/8r0or8 or look for “Family & Friends of Brandon.”
