Annual river canoe race run

The annual Meduxnekeag River Canoe Race had 62 boats and 94 paddlers in last Saturday’s eight-mile race.
The overall winner was Ben Randall with a time of one hour, seven minutes and 40 seconds.
It was near perfect weather conditions, despite very chilly water for those who experienced a fall into it.
