Zaniya Cooley, a fourth-grade student at Teague Park Elementary School, was recently asked by her art teacher Lena Tingley to draw a 3D picture of houses with a landscape. Tingley said that Cooley did such a good job on her landscape picture she decided to send it to the Maine Arts Commission (MAC).
The Maine Arts Commission allows art teachers all across the state to send one piece of artwork a year to the commission. Above, Cooley holds the certificate she received from the MAC. When asked about her picture Cooley replied by saying it was a 3D picture with houses and a lot of mountain and hills, and she really worked hard on it.
